We sell turn-key private office suites, virtual office and teleworker solutions, and each of our workplace packages can be bundled with internet access, local, long distance and international phone service, conference calling, hosted/virtual PBX services, IT service and equipment, outsourced application management, hosting, data storage, security, video, graphic and web design, administrative, secretarial and other outsourced manpower services.

Remington Reynolds, Chairman, CEO

Mr. Reynolds is responsible for the overall vision and strategic leadership of the Company. Remington also serves as Executive Chairman of PartnerTEL, a leading Telecom Outsourcing Company. Mr. Reynolds attended the University of Pennsylvania where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He also holds an Executive MBA with a concentration in accounting and finance. Mr. Reynolds is originally from Rye, N.Y., is an avid tennis, squash and platform tennis player, resides in Dunwoody, GA with his wife Casey and four children, Remy, Riley, Ansley and Spencer.

Steve Gareleck, Founder

Steve Gareleck is responsible for corproate developement and our accelerator program. Steve has 11 years experience in the telecommunications industry, including key roles in sales management, product development and business leadership. Steve is a founding member of CMG, the holding company that owns Telcentrex, where he is a Chariman, and he assumed his current role to personally drive the direction of the business. Prior to his work involved with CMG, Steve worked in corporate finance for both credit Argicole in New York and Merrill Lynch in Atlanta. Steve holds a B.A. in Economics and a B A. in Management Studies from the University of Rochester, and a Master in Finance and an MBA from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Management at the University of Rochester.

Ms. Verska works for FSB Corporate Counsel. Prior to that she worked in the international practice group of Alston & Bird, where she concentrated her practice on corporate transactions, technology licensing and regulatory issues pertaining to data privacy. Ms. Verska has extensive experience advising clients on domestic and international expansions and rollouts of their businesses, products and websites. Toward this end, she has represented clients in acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures, many of them cross-border. Ms. Verska also has extensive experience structuring and negotiating commercial agreements, such as licensing, distribution, consulting and sales agreements, for companies ranging from start-ups to global multinationals. Other areas her practice has extended to include business and technology outsourcing and website compliance audits.

Ms. Verska has also advised numerous companies, including members of the Fortune 100, on compliance with domestic and international data privacy, data security and anti-spam laws. Ms. Verska has authored and co-authored numerous articles on data privacy and e-commerce appearing in publications such as The Computer & Internet Lawyer and Electronic Banking Law and Commerce Report. She now serves as a Board Member and Past Chair of the International Transactions Section of the Atlanta Bar Association.
